The current temperature range of our products is -20℃~+10℃

3.Are you a factory or trading company?
We’re a professional manufacturer with more then 16 years OEM & ODM experience.
We have two factories with area of 137000 square meter, with 6 production lines（including 2 lines of R290）and annual production capacity 2 million units.
We are also equipped with 3 raw material workshops like condenser & evaporator workshop, plastic
injection workshop and metal housing workshop.

4.Time of delivery?
It takes 3 to 5 days in EU countries and 25 to 30 days in other countries.

5.How can we guarantee quality?
1)Test and improve the function of the sample before mass production.
2)Process dropping test,
anti-vibration test, product life-span before shipment;

3)1 years warranty for maintenance.

6.How can our products be charged to work?
Our products can be charged via DC line,AC line and external battery pack.

7.Can you do OEM orders? Any extra charge if we want to print our LOGO on products or package?
Yes, we can do, usually there is an extra charge for printing LOGO on products and the packages. And also this customized orders need to meet MOQ. Of course, it can be negotiable.

8.Do you do inspection for the goods before delivery?
Of course, we do 100% QC inspection before shipment.
